Customer service is amazing! Everytime I come in I'm greeted upon entry. The staff is super friendly great conversation. Speedy service with a smile. Even know they have mask on I can still hear the smile. Have been to this location 3 times and never a bad experience, I always leave with great food
The manager there was super friendly!! I actually wanted to buy everything he was selling! He has a great personality! My food was hot and fresh and the staff was friendly as well!!
Food was good.. just one of those places that I will not go on a regular basis because I don't have a taste for it but overall it's a nice place customer service not bad still give it a 👍
Always an incredible experience at this Penn Station! The crew seems to have great chemistry together, which helps give an authentic experience at the restaurant. Anytime I have needed an accommodation, they are very willing and always make sure everything is spot on for us. Thanks again!

Never had a bad experience here. I feel like the manager has been there FOR EVER, as I always see him, but he every time he is super nice and and super caring that customers are well taken care of. Food? I mean it's Penn Station. Great subs, out of this world fries, delicious cookies. Nuff said!
