Clean place with attentive staff. It's a great place and features a lot of foods that feel home cooked with a few vegetarian options like their cheddar baked potato soup and cheddar broccoli. No vegan options though to my knowledge. Always fun to try something new on their menu and staff were very nice. A great place to sit and relax for a bit as well.
I only get the root beer float, not gonna lie. But it never gets old. Haven't been inside but I'd read the other reviews.
The food is good. I get a double burger hushpuppies and rootbeer float freeze.
The soft serve machine is always down
I love this LJS/A&W. It's in maybe the worst location in Columbus, but the folks running the place make it worth eating there. The food is good, the tables are clean. The cooks and front line workers are actually interested in getting people good food. They kind of know everyone and are super friendly.
I see other reviews bagging on this place, so maybe things change after the lunch shift. I am always there around noon on week days.
Got Long John's instead of A&W. The food was good as usual! Went thru the drive thru.
The servers are friendly and the food taste good but they need clean the dine in area. The famous root beer is worthy!
La'Michael was the most attentive employee that we had the pleasure of meeting. He made or dining experience great. We were debating if, we wanted to eat there and I am glad we did because they had a all you could eat fish and chicken buffet.
My food is always made to order so I don't mind the fast food time delay for freshness and the overwhelming friendliness of the associates I received inside when I placed my order, was also another reason why I keep coming back.

Food was good and dining room was reasonably clean. My family enjoyed their meal and rootbeer floats.
Good hot food the only issue is the place needs to be cleaned
