I went on a Monday morning and it was just fine. Got two bagels that were great, The place was clean and the people were kind. Only reason they lost a star was that they ran out of peppermint syrup, which I thought was strange that early in the day, but they did offer an alternative of just using the peppermint bark for the latte instead. I passed on that, but I did appreciate the attempt to make it right.
Such an amazing turn around for this location! Haven't been there in 3 years. Customer service was great, friendly staff. Restaurant was very clean and the outside was well kept. I will definitely be going back
5 stars because I came in, ordered, and left within 5 minutes, plus the food actually tastes good. The cost was only about 6 dollars too!
Did pick up at this location in the drive through a week ago, wish I knew what the guy in the windows name was , all I know was it was early on a weekend..but his customer service was fantastic and he was so polite!
Don't really care for the frozen cappuccino. It was a drink I wouldn't order again and have to pause and wonder how it ever made it on the menu. Great service though and love the timbits!
We've been long-time Tim Horton's customers but Sandy and her fellow team members went above and beyond for us. She was incredibly kind with my four-year-old son and even treated him to a newly released cookie. Those little moments mean a lot.
I just wanted to give a shout out to the staff today for their amazing service and customer service for that matter. I did not get anyone's names, but this morning I had a huge order since I pick up breakfast for our sales team on the days we have our big meeting. They were super nice about me adding more items onto my order in the drive thru on top of preparing a mobile order I had placed. They of course directed me to come inside and pick everything up, which I happily obliged. The lady inside helping prepare everything else for more was absolutely outstanding, super pleasant to speak with and I just couldn't have been happier with the experience, especially considering the work economy currently. The very last thing I want to shout out is when I left, I realized halfway to work that I forgot to get a receipt which I needed to turn in. I called the store and immediately someone picked up and was able to help me by texting a picture to me. They were extremely kind in the message, as well. I wish there was more I could do for the crew they had this morning, but please make sure to recognize how awesome they all were!
I lovvvvve their coffee over 2 dollars but you have to pay for quality these days.. The food ok... Bagels Donuts on point worth the morning wake up

My order was taken incorrectly, received a bagel,egg and bacon with the 'new maple glaze', decided to try it since I had it. One bite and the glaze was like thin syrup out of a bottle, dripped everywhere....had to go home and change my shirt. *I did take it back to the drive thru, they were kind enough to replace it with the original bagel,egg,bacon - plain that I ordered.
If you a maple-glaze person, just have a napkin ready......
