The West broad location is a great store that takes a lot of pride. The staff there is amazing and they're very good to work with.. I highly recommend
Pizza Hut Pickup/Delivery. I always pick up my own pizza. Always ready on time. Haven't had any mistakes. Same reliable pizza and apple pie snacks. For fast food cost and taste, you can't go wrong.
This is my go to pizza place on West broad Columbus, Ohio they are super fantastic they have very good people working there I recommend everyone to go there everything is hot and ready when you get there it's fantastic
The Lincoln Village Pizza Hut location is top notch. The food is delivered hot and arrives before time due. A special thank you to the gentleman who delivered our food. When he arrived, he opened the warming bag and allowed me to get the food, keeping with the Covid precautions. I think that's a great idea!! Keep up the excellent work Lincoln Village!!
The food is always good, and the older gentleman with a hearing aid (I believe his name is Dan, but could be mistaken) always has a smile and a pleasant demeanor.
Four stars instead of five because I always want curbside, but it's never available upon arrival despite the app/website stating otherwise.
The food was good and fresh. Only reason I gave it a 4 star is because the pizza was warm and not hot. Other than that everything was great! Also, the DoorDasher was very nice.
Not a fan of the elderly sarcastic man that runs the counter. Not a fan of his poor attitude but the food is very good.
Love their stuffed crust pizzas. They lose a star for their inconsistency. I ask for light bake every time because I don’t like burnt or extra crispy crust, but they only light bake it sometimes. When they do, it’s soooo good. When they don’t, it’s a regrettable experience.

Talking to others in the Columbus area makes me believe service at this Pizza Hut is some of the best. Out orders are always correct, delivery time is always earlier than expected, and there delivers are very nice and make sure our order is correct before leaving.
We loved the new Edge pizza. It did have plenty of toppings. One previous problem than we had on their other sales of pizzas was that the toppings were skimpy. That was not great case with their new edge pizza! We loved it! The delivery time was excellent also.
Ordered carry-ouy, it's about 6 minutes from home. Had stuffed crust & hand tossed pizzas as well as boneless wings & breadsticks. The order was ready upon our arrival and was still piping hot when we got it home. It was very good & my finicky requests were not overlooked (lighter sauce here, more sauce there etc). Very nice people in store, they make it appear they enjoy their jobs 😀
