Employees are polite and friendly, the pizzas and subs were on point, and all the instructions were followed precisely. I really appreciate the convenience of the drive thru window. I can't think of any way my experience could've been better. Donates Pizza gets an A+ in my book. Yes, I have a book.....
Ordered delivery and the service and food were both excellent
My 13 year old son is obsessed with Donatos, we order it a 2/3 times a month. Usually no complaints, food is hot and tasty when delivered. However, last two times was very under cooked and had way too much sauce, making it soggy. So on the second time, I decided to call. The manager Amanda was nice and understanding of my concerns. She was quick to have a very perfectly delicious (and hot) pizza brought back out in exchange for the old one! That restored my faith after two bad orders in a row!
