There aren't too many places you can get a West coast style smoothie bowl in Columbus, so this place is a huge gem. They also have a large selection of pressed juices, but I haven't explored them much. They have unique and nutrient-dense ingredients/toppings (hemp hearts, blue majik, bee pollen..) that elevate the smoothies and bowls. Their buckwheat cereal adds the perfect amount of crunch and subtle sweetness. They have the usual suspects as far as fruits and nut butters, but only coconut and cashew milk. Overall, I've had pretty good smoothies and excellent ones. You'll pay a premium for the high-quality ingredients, but Zest us definitely worth your while every now and then.
Would love to see Zest incorporate more kale/spinach/green apple options but I love the short north current offerings (beets by zest, fresh green, etc) — great juices and great staff! Some great oatmeals & smoothies as well.
Honestly the only downside of zest is the price. It's worth it occasionally though because the smoothies are so good and the vibe/atmosphere is so cozy and fun and fresh. Everyone at all the locations I've been to have been super nice and I've enjoyed all the smoothies I've had, especially the blue almond and the pride smoothie (although I think that might be gone now?) also strawberry bing bong is great and hilarious, although ask them to skip the beet powder if you can... (sorry Jesse)
Zest is the best! It's my favorite pick-me-up and I've never had a bad experience with them. They make ordering online easy and pick-up a breeze. Highy recommend for anyone wanting a fresh and healthy breakfast/lunch option! :)
The smoothies are awesome, the employees are nice. Like previously mentioned prices are high but worth it every once in while
Molly and Marion (hopefully I'm getting their names correct!) are always so amazing at this location!! I love coming in for bowls, smoothies and juices usually around lunch time. They always are so willing to answer any questions and explain everything. They make coming into this location great because of their upbeat and helpful attitudes ! 😊
I go here at least once a week. Cannot go wrong with anything on the menu. Employees are always friendly and the restaurant is always clean and has a great ambience.
As a daily juicer that travels to Columbus frequently, this place was an exciting find today. The product is fresh. It's cold pressed, using Norwalk machines, which means the enzymes keep it good and valuable for a couple of days. They create their product every other morning, and then bottle it and sell it from this location (i.e., it's not made to order). Also, Megan (I believe that was her name), the young lady that helped me, was a wealth of both information (product, and health in general) and enthusiasm, which was fantastic. Most of the people I interact with while traveling aren't very excited about juicing, health, etc., so the comradery was quite valuable to me.
Zest is my favorite place to go to in Columbus. It’s got everything I could ever wish for. The liquid gold shots are absolutely the best. If you’ve never been, you haven’t lived yet.
Love Zest! Juices are delicious, and every time I go in sick, they're great at describing ingredients and telling me what will make me feel better!
This is my second time here. Smoothies are delicious and quite filling.. Food menu looks good, especially salads. Lots of Gluten Free options.
Can't say enough good things about this fresh, local juice bar. They also serve food which is just as good as their drinks. If you happen to catch them when they serve their signature pistachio drink, GO FOR IT!
Love the acai bowls and almond coffee drink. This location hardly has any indoor or outdoor seating. Be prepared to carryout.
We enjoyed our visit. But this is a very expensive place for a relative small smoothie. It is a good smoothie. Our service was very good.
