Amazing service and great tasting ice cream. Laila, who served us went out of her way to make sure our experience here was a memorable one.

A great play area for the kids too.

Ice cream is probably my favorite dessert. Or cheesecake... it's too close to call. Graeter's has amazing ice cream! You have to try the 1870 tower, black raspberry chocolate chip ice cream with hot fudge and pecans on top of a bundt cake. Omg, I'm so glad this location isn't close to home because
I'm so surprised I've lived in Columbus almost all my life and never found this gem. The entire indoor play place (free) is ice cream themed and a good variety of play options for all different ages. Enjoyed our ice cream here. Nice building as well. However, staff could’ve been a bit friendlier. Hardly even acknowledged customers which is odd for this chain.

Went on Saturday and it was really busy and really expensive! For 6 people it was $40 but the play room was really fun and great just a bit crowded! The ice cream is really really good and I love the little play area
Really into Graeter’s ice cream soda. The strawberry flavor tasted decent. But the seasonal peach flavor still takes the first place in my rankings.
