Every time I go in, customer service is excellent, food has been cold on occasion even when asked to be toasted. Not sure why it would be cold if it comes out hot. But food is made properly with fresh food. Employees are patient and willing to accommodate special requests.
The young lady helping me today was an absolute pleasure!
Very clean and neat Big plus that the sandwich makers aren't rookiesand don't try to act like toppings are being paid for by them persoally(you know what I mean).
Dude the Indian people here that run the place are awesome and friendly. It's next to my work which is amazing. It's super clean too. No public restrooms
So this place is like awesome I came in and got greeted with deals and lunch specials she did hesitate to make whatever I wanted like double toast. I think Kendra is a great manager and deserved notice for great and quick service.
I love coming to this location because of the staff being so friendly. The first time that I came here they were very friendly and helpful with making a great sandwich.
The sub I got wasn't covered by the coupons I had. I got the Turkey Cali. It was ok.
I love Miss Melissa. Greets everyone that come in and means it. She doesn't rush you. Sliders are always good. This is my Subway

Could provide more Double Chocolate Cookies. The Vegetables at 2832 Steltzer Rd. Columbus, OH 43219.& McCutcheon Rd. have too much & way more frost in the food, some of the Vegetables look over frozen, compared to other Subways I've been to.
