Ordered signature sandwich meal. Drive through went fast. Sandwich was awful. Chicken was cold, bun was hard as a rock. Fries were cold and soggy. If I didn’t need to be somewhere I would have went back for a fresh meal.
3/20/22 My daughter and I stop by Zaxby's around 9pm tonight for a quick bite. When we pulled up to order the lights in the drive thru we're out. It was dark and couldn't see the screen to order. Thank goodness we already knew what we wanted. Once getting our orders then getting home like 5 minutes
I would give it a 5, but register was down so that made it a 4, making it a minor inconvenience at best that's unlikely to happen again. Outside of that? Food was hot, good, and of Zazby's quality.

Always hot & fresh.consistent for years. You have to remind them sometimes for pickles& onions also the onions aren't always fresh
We get the Family 20 piece meal and it lasts us several meals. Wonderful!
