Applebee's - Columbus - Photo album

Had to drive to Fulton from Amory to get these…. Well managed. Opened registers and kept people flowing. While other places let you stand in line playing on the phone. Not here. Great job from front to back
Food was pretty good. Fish could've been been cooked a minute or two longer. Everything else was great. Server was friendly and fairly prompt. Atmosphere was the best I'd ever ever experienced there. Manager was out on the floor, helping where needed and greeting guests. Quite a different change all
Worst water ever. I added three slices of lemon and it was still terrible tasting. Worse than Mexico. I had to have a slushee which was good but not with my dinner selection . The ac unit was dripping water. I was glad it was not directly over my table.
Good food. Could have been a little warmer. Did have a problem recently. The knife and fork they gave me was very dirty. Need to be more careful during a pandemic. The guy who seated us was a little rude.
Normally don’t make bad reviews. But today we stopped in for happy hour, only ones happy were employees, too busy playing and cutting up to attend customer service. 45 minutes waiting to be seated; another hour before food arrived. Very slow service and after asking for tea refill 2 x’s I finally got up from table and chased my waitress down for the refill.
Celebrated my daughter's graduation! The food and service were great! We didn't have a wait to be seated or get our food.
