Quick service. The food was good. I had Nashville hot chicken tenders. I wish they had been tossed in the sauce instead of the sauce layered over them, but I don't fair the employees for my preference.
Biscuits was grease disk and chicken was soggy and cold . No one answers the phone so 40 bucks in the trash.
We sat in the line waiting for them to take our order for a good 10 minutes. Then we sat at the window waiting for someone to acknowledge we were there for another 30 minutes before they took our payment. Meanwhile they served 5+ customers at the counter. Ridiculous.
KFC is my favorite chicken to go. Meal was hot and Cynthia the cashier was so kind and helpful. Will go there again.
I've been very disappointed with how greasy the chicken has been, and old the macaroni has been. Very sloppy overall. And you're lucky if they remember everything. I love you being there when they get it right 🤷
My wife used to be a GM at this location years ago. We both agreed this visit showed an incredible turn a round in quality and cleanliness to this once tired exhausted KFC. THE FOOD was as ordered and cooked surprisingly very well. Clean n newly updated lobby and the staff was swamped but smiling
The taste of this chicken is amazing. In 2021 and 2022 I think they are struggling to keep employees like everyone else in this world. So I don't expect everything to be as good as it could be. I just wanna say.. Don't go here if it's almost closing time.
Really wish my job would let is so making food 30 mins - an hour before close like this KFC does instead of making us take orders that come in one minute before we close. You seriously can't just throw a few thighs and legs into the fryer? Is it really that hard to do?
