Stopped in due to lack of seating in the immediate area. Purchased a drink to support the business providing me with seating, as I have physical issues and standing or walking for extended periods of time becomes extremely painful. A female employee extended a kindness to me simply just to be kind. Just wanted to show my appreciation and say thank you.
Fast, friendly service with a fair amount of seating, good WiFi, and good selection of music.
Today was my first time visiting this Starbucks location and I accidentally placed a mobile order at a different location. An employee, possibly a manager, recreated my order and asked that I call the other store to cancel my original order (I called but they’d already created it).
After eating a sandwich and trying their new pineapple Refresher, plus doing personal productivity stuff from one of the tables for about an hour, I walked toward the door. Before I exited the same employee told me to have a nice day and still remembered my name from our interaction from more than an hour ago.
Now that’s customer service!
This starbucks location is by far the best! The staff are always super polite. The drinks are always consistent. We can't help but come back for more!
7:00 p.m Nov 18 i asked the girl at the register for a frappe. I asked what she would recommend , and lets say she was amazing and chose my new fav drink. Super nice employees :)
This location is wonderful. Although it is small Starbucks, the staff is lovely, cheerful and friendly. Always happy and helpful. I wanted to use my stars and the cashier was so helpful to explain how I can utilize all my stars. I've been to that location before and I received the same excellent service, food and beverages. Today was definitely a Starbucks day. It was cold and windy. I needed hot tea. It hit the spot. Thank you Commack Starbucks Store#: 2783
This location is my go-to bc it's conveniently close to home and on the way to the Lie from old country road. The people who worked there for years ALWAYS helped me be in a better mood going here I went to Starbucks not just for the drinks and food but for the WHOLE PICK ME UP VIBE......it's been almost a year of the staff being much younger and with bland attitudes and poor social communication skills. The food also over the past year has had many moments of ew in those protein boxes when I've found mold on my cheese and grapes.
The parking is a NIGHTMARE here.
This Starbucks has to be the best Starbucks from the service to the quality of the drinks. They are phenomenally amazing the staff is so hard-working wish I could give more than five stars

The cream cheese bagel and chocolate Frappuccino are amazingly yummy.
Just left this store, they are packed and all the staff is still smiling and giving great customer service. They do their job well......

Susan remembered my name only after seeing me once. After that I became a regular customer. There’s a level of service and friendliness here that I’ve never seen in any other Starbucks places.
This is the best a Starbucks in a 10 mile radius. I drive past 4 Starbucks just to come here because my drink is always correct and the employees are so sweet, they make it a point to get to know you on a personal level and they remember your preferences. 5 stars all around.
