Well, most everyone loves coffee. When coffee is made well, it is quite enjoyable. But because Starbucks has its own unique flavor, it became one of my favorite places to have it. Also, their
v e g e t a r i a n Impossible Breakfast Sandwich is another unique tasty treat... Its vegan sausage patty is extremely tasty and is healthier than its counterparts. Well done, Starbucks!

Only taking off a star because the small size of the drive thru often spreads out onto the street, which is a main road. they need a bigger lot, or 2 checkpoints for ordering.
Great service and friendly staff. Very patient with my slow order considering how busy the drive thru line was on that day. The inside was very clean. Easy access for plugs for my electronic devices. Parking is small and hard to get into considering the occasional long lines. I noticed the regulars parked in the adjacent parking lot for the convenience of getting in and out for pick ups. I was able to get all of my work done and enjoy coffee and a treat. Will visit the location again when I am on that side of town. Cheers

I have bought my coffee and food from here before, the coffee and food are always delicious. The staff are always friendly and helpful. The only problem is the location, it's on a major roadway and when there is a long line through drive-thru it goes into the street and you could be rear ended from traffic.

Best Caramel macchiato and breakfast sandwiches I’ve had from a Starbucks. Their hot mocha espresso hit the spot also. Very friendly staff and their line moved quick!
Always great... even get my pink drink well shaken 9 out of 10x... they do a great job managing a difficult situation with a far too busy location.
Nothing wrong in particular with the Starbucks, aside from the drive-through being too small for the shop. Parking is also terrible, it's just too small of a footprint. Sometimes need to be careful when going westbound on Jericho turnpike near this place because people may be waiting in the street for drive-thru
This place definitely has a hard working staff! They are always slammed and maintain a cheerful and polite demeanor. The parking lot is way too cramped and a hazard on a very busy street. The bit of grass on the right would be better suited as an entrance for those who want to park. Most of the staff is excellent!
Unfortunately, there is one individual who consistently makes drinks wrong and then maintains she made them correctly. I've been getting the same drinks for years so I know what they're supposed to look/taste like. Mistakes happens, but a repeated refusal to accept blame because you know you'd have to make it again if I pushed the challenge is getting a bit tiresome considering the price of drinks. I'm sure this also stresses her coworkers who I've seen remake drinks for her before. I'm not sure why this individual seems to not get retrained or corrected, but as a woman with years of experience managing in various fields, it would be best to do a quality control.

I have been coming to this Starbucks for very long time great staff , when i pull to order they know who I am and always know my drink great staff and Ashley the manager is super professional and always has a smile , im Italian and I can tell you that expresso for me is part of my culture keep the good work going Starbucks buongiorno a tutti
Service was fast and personable. The cashier remembered my face and made eye contact with me before calling my name. High praise there in today's society.
The seating area had plenty of room, I was pleasantly surprised. Studying here was a good choice.
We went in (Sunday) as the drive thru was all the way aroun. The poor lad who was working the drive thru seemed to have a break down and abruptly passed thread phones to a man (I don't think it was the manager as he told someone afterwards to keep an eye on the window) the lady put her head down an carried on working. I hope she's ok. Maybe I was one of those days.
I rarely give anything FIVE STARS but these guys are so spot-on that I just had to. I have a difficult brew to order every time, but I know what I like, and they get it right each and every time. I wish they had more soft seating, but there are plenty of hard chairs and a few bar stools. I do wish there parking lot was bigger, it is tight getting in and out, but all in all a great place :-)
