The manager was the one serving us, first she did not accept our expired coupon that was only a week expired and when we have her a non expired one she then complained about making a trip back and forth to the register. Imagine if this happened to you, completely outrageous.
The lady with pink hair in the drive thru is the best fast food employee I have ever dealt with. She's always very polite and always gets our complicated orders correct. She's a star in her role and with that attitude opportunities will come her way.
Poorly ran I came through drive thur for online order the chick just started at me told me the order can take up to ten mins so I go around and wait 15 mins back in line thinking that my food would have been ready by the time I got to the window and it still wasn’t ready cause you have To tell them
Best burger King experience I have ever had got the number one for breakfast, food was hot and freshly made, ketchup and napkins were already in the bag I didn't even have to ask for them

When you order through a drive-thru you expect the person to be kind and polite not sounding like they hate their life and don't want to take your order
They're saying you can't use mobile coupons anymore. It still says "redeem in restaurant" on the app. Definitely ridiculous this corporation.
