Cashiers were very attentive and food was well prepared and it tasted freshly made. I did not have to wait long to get my order. Restaurant was clean along with the restroom. wow an armed security guard... lol Ate feeling protected. Straight out of Compton lol.

Ok I guess the lady didn't hear me ask for the Classic so I received 2 BRC burritos so I get home eating in the my food no chicken I ask for so I take it back up to El Polo loco and ask can I get some chicken I ask for I explained the way I ordered she explained what she heard and fix the problem very respectful lady serious that's help when ur buying food an people could spit in out of no wear so thanks to the staff of El Polo loco
