Ordered and paid for $30 worth of food for 2 ppl to get there and be told they didn’t get the order! I said it have an order number and digital receipt that says I paid for an order here. The person on the other side of the speaker just kept saying we didn’t get it. And didn’t offer any other assist
Basic food, easy to make, customer service is okay to, theh at least look at me in the eye and smile.. andthat makes me feel trusting
I love Carl's but sometimes the microphone is not working, and communication is difficult. The up-sale promotion then causes a simple order to be a long drawn-out nightmare. So - you wonder, "are they angry because I didn't order more stuff?" They repeatedly ask you, "Do you want something more?..
The best burger in the whole world is from this place. The double western bacon burger is the most delicious burger I've ever tried. Personally I don't like onion rings so I have that removed when ordering. If you like spice this burger is also bomb with jalapeños! Thank me later :)
Disappointed the lobby was closed until further notice because I was on a lunch break and had to eat in my car. Tried the new honey chicken sandwich and it was alright but nothing special. A little dry since the drizzle of spicy honey is really the only condiment. Couldn't taste the cheese either be
Watch out with this place. They charged me $6 just to upsize my combo to a large. AND they charged me extra for a breakfast combo and said that it was because it's lunch time now. They must think i just started going through the drive thru. Basically, they lied to my face and stole my money
This place is amazing it gives great food choices and it's delicious 😋
Carl's Jr is lame. I always feel like I'm getting ripped off when I buy food at Carl's. The prices are that of some premium burgers, but you get mediocre burgers
