The drive thru line was long so I decided to go inside and it was only me and my friend I ordered a drink and she got herself a juice from the cooler. I think it was only us two and another customer. Then shortly after a group of people came in. The girl who ordered after us got her drink first we didn’t mind because it was a small drink and two cups of water. It’s been 15 mins and then the girl is handing out the drinks to the group that came in after us and I just asked for a refund and she’s going to say oh your drink is over there it’s been sitting there. My question is why couldn’t she tell me it was ready or called out my name. And when I asked for the refund she’s going to ask me are you sure after telling my drink had been sitting there. Worst experience

Would be great if when you pull off the freeway to get a coffee during well before the listed closing time. Listed as 8 and its 330.. apparently 6ou can't trust it. Great waste of time of 30 minutes in the drive through with the car 1 up getting its odder. If your gonna take 1 you should take the other 3 cars then close...

My experience there was typical Starbucks crowded even in the Drive Thru. I've been traveling from Las Vegas to Arizona to California and they're have all been the same. I just feel they need to come up with a system that allows our customers to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. The majority of people coming in and out of here on your way to work or on your lunch break nobody has time to wait 20 or 30 minutes just for a cup of coffee. In my case it's hot chocolate. I don't drink coffee. So I don't go in Starbucks very often for me that's not a comfortable place standing around all that time. any restaurant text take longer than 15-20 minutes to feed/serve a customer needs to hire more people. They just seemed money hungry it's not customer friendly to make people wait that long. Or everybody should order their coffee after they get out of the shower cuz most likely by the time they get dressed and get there it'll be sitting there waiting for them. LOL

Waited in the drive-thru lane for nearly an hour and never got my order taken. Employees were inside, but didn't have the decency to communicate to customers that the store was closed early for the day. Hours weren't updated online to reflect temporary schedule. There was a long line of vehicles wasting their time too.

Placed an order for 5 vanilla been frap. and payed for a banana to be added on each. After a long 30 minute wait, I got my drinks. They had almost no banana taste in them, were super watery, and the whip was very watery as well. I have been ordering this type of drink for many years now different locations and always tasted the same. Phenomenal. But this one's had no taste at all and we're super watery. Waisted half an hour and payed over $35 for the drinks just to see them end up in trash after I tasted them. Very disappointed

Did Starbucks is closed temporary drive-thru was open but there was no sign on the entryway people were waiting and waiting and no response no sign on drive-thru menu or anything February 6th 2022
