Review Domino's Pizza - Compton

Some nerve domino's has sending this pasta out for my delivery like this. I expect my full refund for this sloppy a** "chicken Alfredo"

OK so I am giving this Domino's only 3 stars because well my pasta was delicious I loved it. But when it came to my friends food which was a Philly cheese steak sandwich, it was terrible. I only know this because they let me have there other half of there sandwich because they didn't want it that's how nasty it was. The sandwich was hard and cold and disgusting, I have no idea why the sandwich tasted that bad. But at least the pasta was tasty, it could've used a little more seasonings but overall I liked the taste of it because I don't like my food super salty anyway so it didn't matter. I'm just saying that they could've used just a hint more seasonings

This is how the Pasta came out , all burnt and not really pasta. The jalapeños were to big and they weren’t even cook . Never again and workers there are always looking for no reason .

I ordered online and was told to pick up at 10:45 I got my pizzas at 11:20 after the rude girl kept telling me 5 minutes , once I got the pizza I drove home. When I got home I opened the pizza and it was the wrong one, and I’m calling and they’re just picking up the phone and hanging up! Never ordering from here again!

I’m only giving them one star because I can’t give them zero, their suppose to have a drive thru but it’s never no one there to help you. Not to mention I bought a 8 piece wings and got only 6. I wanted to get for what I paid for.

Said it was delivered. Was not the case. Left a tip prior to delivery. Terrible service as calling the place they just hung up. I had to rapidly leave a “recorded” call with the address having a “shitty delivery service” finally delivered after several call to their location which were never answered

The best spinach and mushroom on garlic hand tossed. The brownies are such a special treat.

The service is utterly horrid. Placed my order through the app at 6:27 and I constantly checked the tracker on its progress and the app was just going haywire signing me out, so I signed back in to check the tracker and it stayed stuck on "making sure it's perfecto" since 6:47 so it never told me the driver was on his way, so I made a call around 7:18 to see if my order was placed because of the app going haywire and the person who answered told me that the driver would arrive in 10 mins since I made the call so I was ok with that, so more than 30mins happened and I called again this time I asked for the manager to ask what's going on then I told her about the app and she told me that the time on the app isn't in sync with store so that already sounded absurd to me (what's the point of ordering through the app and tracking it if the app is useless) after that at 7:38 the app finally told me that the driver was on his way after almost 30 mins of it being stuck on "making sure it's perfecto" so when I saw that I got annoyed because who knows how much longer I have to wait for my food to arrive after I was told it would arrive in 10 mins when I made the call at 7:18 which I was mega hungry after getting out of work, so the manager kept on insisting the wait is 30 or 45 mins of "your food is on its way" not when they're "making sure it's perfecto" so I told her I want to cancel my order unless I could receive something complimentary for my wait and then she told me the driver was on his way then she put me on hold and talked to corporate or whatever then tells me that corporate wouldn't send anything over complimentary so that annoyed even more then I just told the manager to tell corporate they just lost a costumer... I never really had a problem with the app before until now, the store location is literally like a 10 min drive maybe less from Long Beach Ave to Lime Ave depending on traffic and if the driver has a certain route I understand that, but it's unacceptable if I have to wait 30 to 45 mins just to make sure it's perfect plus another 30 or 45 mins for it's arrival... I ended up ordering from Pizza Hut at 8:04 and my food was sent for delivery at 8:20 which was great because I was mega hungry, I didn't even hesitate to tip the driver plus better pizza lol

Dominos Pizzas on Alondra and long beach blvd has the worst customer service i have ever witnessed i ordered a Large three topping pizza at 8:07pm last night my hubby goes to pick it up he comes back its only a two topping pizza we immediately call they say ok we can give you a free pizza were ok are you going to deliver it the girl says yes they never asked for an address either so shes says ok what type of pizza would do you want i say the same one i ordered online the first time now its 850pm the lady takes my order then says we have to go pick it up after shes said they'd deliver it but we said fine we'll come back my hubby leaves to go back up to dominos then someone eles calls from dominos about my order i swear i told this lady several times my order and she still kept getting it wrong i had to ask this lady was could she hear me; no customer should repeat them selves several times then they put a man on the phone now to let everyone know no one i spoke too gave there name "unprofessional" so i told them my husband should be up there right now so we both hug up i call my hubby to find out whats going on at this point its already 9pm my 3 year old was hungry so of course i gave her some. My hubby tells me oh they just told me they dont have our pizza at the store there delivering it after someone from dominos just told me my order wasnt even ready??? So i tell my husband well how could they be delivering the pizza when they dont even have our address at this point its after 9pm im just done now i just want my money back so we call again we spoke to a man there he says we can pick up our money and he still will give us a pizza im guessing this was the manger so now were both angry we told him we dont want any pizza we just want our money back now im going to remind everyone once again i ordered my pizza at 8:07pm and now it was 10pm and my husband has already drove up there twice so he gets there and someone tells him the manager never said that but me n my husband were both on the phone with him when he said we can have a refund they tell my husband we need the old pizza back in order to get our money back now its been two hours and there asking for a pizza back and its been two hours ? then they tell my husband they would call the police on him for recording there conversation because the manger wouldnt give us the corporate number or the people who helped us name or the manager name. As a valued customer Domino's Pizzazza i dont feel it was right to be treated the way we were treated after we had spent our money at there establishment and to have to take a loss because of the unprofessional auctions of the employees and manager being spitful because a customer is angry and unsatisfied i have been a customer service rep for 5+ years i have never treated a customer that way and i have been called all types of names and one thing i know the customer is always right and comes first always.
