I ordered a large onion rings and I told them I wanted them fresh. So they gave me a small orfer of burnt rings and 1 ranch dressing. I called the Supervisor and he said he would make it right. So I went back and they gave me another burnt order of rings 😠😝 Go somewhere else if you like Carls Jr

Carl's Jr shouldn't provide generic condiments. The jelly they serve is gross! First and last time I visit this place. 🤮

The drive thru is awesome. I never wait very long.

Was out of several things...like drink cups?? Who do you not have cups in stock? Was smart & final closed? Drive thru service was extremely slow... Spent 20 minutes in DT with only 4 cars in front of me.... Management and the Corp need to really fix this place or close it.
