I received an undercooked pizza that was delivered in over 40 minutes. I don't mind the wait but may I please get a fully cooked pizza!

I would give it a zero star if that option exist. I order my food online, 15 min later I arrive at the restaurant and they did not receive my online order, so made me pay then after I paid they told me that had to make my order and I had to wait 20 mins for my food.
