The place is pretty and kept clean! The staff can be a little rude sometimes. However, I enjoy the food since I never really stay here to eat. I love how they have plant based chorizo, which is great for vegans! I do wish they had more vegan options, though. The best thing you could get from here is a burrito bowl.

Today was not a good day to have lunch at this Chipotle. By the time we got to the front, the white rice was more or less scraps at the bottom of the barrel. Guy practically scraped some rice for my bowl, then walked over to the other side to get fresh rice I suppose. The grill behind him hadn't been scraped clean in over a million years (I exagerrate) but it was full of burnt stuff on it. There were 3 people working and a line to the door was behind me. The chips were stale and rubbery. By that point it wasn't worth the effort to complain.

First time going into this location. We arrived at 8:32pm. At first I thought they closed at 9pm, because the guy in the front gave me a look like they were about to close. Asked for a burrito and quesdailla and was told quesadillas were only an online item 🤔 first time I've ever heard that from a Chipotle (which I almost took out my phone and ordered it infront of him, I was tired for all of that)... then I asked for lettuce and they were out, so he asked if the salad one would be ok, I replied it was fine. When I asked if they had Guac, he replied with, no. This was the reason I came in. We wanted Guac and chips. I'm big on customer service . I guess what upset me the most was the fact that when I looked up the hours (after I got home) I realized they close at 10pm.

I ordered two tacos and I only got one, I ordered a steak quesadilla and got quesadilla with steak on the side. Really?

I have been visiting for weeks during lunch, today I was refused a water cup because the young female manager said, they ran out. The young new kid at the register said buy a cup! I was not buying a cup for only water, they refused to give their names… won’t ever do business ever again!

Chipotle Mexican Grill is one of my favorite spots. The flavor combinations are a party in your mouth. And the fact that you can design and create exactly what works for you is key. Top it off with the Lime salted chips and fresh guacamole and I'm in my happy place.

It's been a while since I last visit a Chipotle. The meal is a lot better that I remember but the place was a bit dirty, with the trash Ben filled to the top.

We placed an order with postmates..2 different meals, guy picked up the order wrong, we called to complain about it and chipotle couldn't fix it. Manager wasn't able to fix it.... I know that is the postmates company but your brand it has to be able to provide a solution..
If we ordered thru them is because we are no able to go to the store and pick up the food .
