Barney's Hickory Pit - Concord - Photo album

This used to be one of my favorite places to go, so imagine my surprise when I spent $27 on ribs, and they were like chewing on leather every single one of them. I don't mind spending $27 on a meal if they meet expectations. I gave up on the 6th rib and through the rest of into the garbage. The fren
This was by far the sorriest excuse for barbecue I’ve ever seen in my life. Ordered a double cheeseburger and was given 2 obviously frozen Kirkland brand Pattie’s with literally zero seasoning. The ribs are the same, original brown sauce is still available and delicious. I usually get the chef salad with BBQ turkey and ham on it. My wife gets the BBQ comb
We got Barbeque Beef and asked for it med rare and it was perfectly delicious 😋
Food and service was excellent I recommend ordering anything I do not think you will be disappointed I like the Red barbecue sauce better than the other one I think it's the best

I have been eating Barney's ribs for 40+ years. I absolutely love the brown gravy they put on the ribs. I get bbq sauce everywhere else but the brown sauce at Barney's is to die for. We actually order fries just so we can "squeegee" the extra sauce off the plate! It has changed ownership a few times
