The food is delicious but service was less than desired. I was there around 5:00 pm on 7/18/19 and one couple was ahead of me. The service was slow and I ordered chopped brisket and waffle fries to go but the brisket was sliced. The cashier paid more attention to her cell phone.
It's alright. Definitely pricey. Its more of a man cave. Lots of parking. Indoor and outdoor seating. Not usually that busy so the lines are short. However, it takes a while to get your order. Delish ribs and salads. Overall just not my kind of place. I still recommend checking it out if you like BB

Placed a large order online, the order that arrived was short on multiple items. Made a call to the location to voice my concerns. The store manage Tyrone made it right and hand delivered the items himself. Very pleased with the management’s response and Tyrone’s ability to resolve the situation.
