My friends & I arrived around 7:30 or 7:45 p.m. We were told there was an hr to an hr & a half wait. We decided to wait. While waiting we noticed the restaurant was following covid protocol,which was great. Persons seated at every other table or every other booth.The bar also followed protocol, eight chairs only w/ two people per chair & spaced out accordingly. We were seated by 8:20 p.m. or so. The server was excellent to include the training server. I had the muscles & the eggplant. I did not get a picture of the eggplant. The muscles were outstanding. The eggplant not so much. The eggplant was overcooked or sat a little too long, as it was soggy .I would have no issue with returning.
The restaurant is having problems hitting wait staff. Once seated, they did well. Good was as expected.
I hadn't been to Carrabba's in years and this location did not disappoint. Everyone was friendly, attentive and warm. The staff seem to really enjoy working together and what they do - provide great service. Thank you to my waiter - Will, Shelby for the delicious cocktail at the bar while I waited for a seat, Branson - who quickly bussed the tables, and Tiffany the manager that was wearing multiple hats as a hostess and still ensuring everything was running smoothly. Thank you all for a great experience!
