I love the customer service at this McDonald's location. I come here in the morning to grab my favorite 😌 Sausage Egg and Cheese McMuffin. The food always fresh and I quickly go through the drive thru line without having to worry about being late for work. Yes! I love quick service.
Great experience at this location. Went inside to eat, the gal running register (Donita, or Miss D.) was very sweet, and prompt. Food was out quick, and hot. They had some type of jazz station playing in the inside. I was also impressed with the cleanliness of this location. Employees were actively cleaning and even washing windows outside. Hats off to this location.
My order was incorrect and missing items. However, they were more than willing to correct their mistake, displaying amazing customer service skills and effectively solving the issue! Great job! I definitely recommend.
I'm not a fan of fast food, so my review might be a bit biased. The service was about what I've come to expect from McDonald's so I really can't complain. My food was hot (especially the fries) and my order correct.
