Super friendly staff, bought one of their pre packaged sandwiches that barely had any spinach, mozzarella or pesto and the manager replaced it without a thought. He said he'd keep an eye out for other ones like that as well. Super sweet 😊

I always stop here on my drive to work from Harper's Preserve to The Woodlands, TX. The staff is incredible and extremely friendly. Always quick service to get me back on the road. Great tasting Americano.

I have a problem when you can make on line orders, but it is never updated. Not sure who is responsible for updating the on line availability but its never right!!!!! We place all our order and spend at least 60.00 per week. You can never get what you want because its never updated!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was by far the worst Starbucks drink my hubby and I ever had. Not sure if they were having a bad day or not but this drink was not it 😩😩 We ordered a venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch, got mixed up and gave us a small, took it back to correct it and it tasted watery. Hopefully it’s improved 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️

Great in the morning sucks in the afternoons. How’d I ask for “like 6 pieces of ice” and get a regular amount. Then pay $10 for a venti iced matcha with syrup and oat milk. Then since my cup is full of ice I get another with no ice and it’s $7. I’ve never paid $10 for a Starbucks drink. Ridiculous.

It’s disgusting! Asked for extra pumps and it’s like they put none at all. Not the first time they do this. It’s literally so nasty I’ve thrown my drink away each time we’ve been. Not going back.
