I've been in SC 7 years and this was the first time going here. Back homein Chicago, I went all the time. I love every sandwich I've ever eaten. Consistent taste & quality. Fresh and yummy. And crazy fast!
I LOVE THIS PLACE. Fresh ingredients good service and GREAT BREAD. I had an order last night that got messed up but I called today to get it sorted out and the manager apologized and was super friendly. They made my remake perfect and it was FREAKY FAST. Ty guys definitely coming back!!!
I used to like Subway subs but now I've been ruined by Jimmy john's! Seriously, if I can help it, I'll never go back to Subway. Jimmy John's has such delicious subs. I think it's because they use premium ingredients. They just taste better. Way better. Their app is easy to use too and you can get rewards by using it. Their rewards are decent. Their price is reasonable. The size of their subs is substantial. And their sandwich makers are nice people. The only criticism that I have is that they frequently get the small details wrong; things like cut my sandwich in half and wrap each half separately. Or include mayonnaise packets or include napkins. Things like that. It's kind of frustrating when you drive away and you realize that those things are missing. But then when you eat the delicious sandwich, all that frustration goes away, LOL.
They have the best cold cut sandwiches, piled high with whatever meat and fixings you request, especially the Gargantuan which is our favorite. Customer service is always friendly.
Crazy fast as usual. Prices are going up but it's doing the same thing elsewhere so nothing anyone can control. I wish the slims would have the option of 1 topping or at least mayo added

Saw this location on the side of the road while on the way to the beach. I turned around in the McDonalds parking lot just to go back. Very friendly staff, GM was even on site at 6PM at night. My sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it if not better! Thank you for a great and, as always, freaky fast service.
Hands down my favorite tuna sandwich in the whole Myrtle Beach area :) Service is always fast. You have to ask for extra though cuase sometimes the regular is a little scant. A little pricey for a sandwhich, but you get what you pay for and the ingredients are always fresh, clean, and yummy. Plus they deliver which makes it worth the 8 or 9 dollars:)
I wanted to take a quick second to leave a review about my recent experience at Jimmy John's. To start... our family are big JJ fans and eat there frequently, so you can already gather that we like their food.
But recently we had an order that was delivered and there was a minor issue with one of the sandwiches (mine of course). I decided to write them a quick email through their corporate site and couldn't believe that I actually got a return email the same day from the local site manager.
He asked me if I would give him a call to discuss it and I did the next day. I did and I was extremely impressed with how the whole situation was dealt with. It was fast, courteous, pleasant and I came away even a bigger JJ fan than I was before. Especially if you are considering them for catering... those are the kinds of traits and people skills I would think you would want. So thanks JJ's, see you again soon!

Wonderful food, love their roast beef! Good quality products for a sandwich shop, beats most chains hands down! Staff is super friendly and freely fast :) Definitely worth a try.
Excellent selection on the menu and you can get the sandwiches with whatever toppings you like on them. Always cool staff that is helpful. Food is ready fast.. actually freaky fast!
I am so upset that Donnie Crystal is leaving this location. He is moving on to bigger things. Jimmy John's is losing one of their biggest assets. When he was at the beach location it was not the same. He is the one that always has a smile on his face and when he was not there it was so depressing. Going to miss you Donnie!
Only cold sandwiches are served. That was a surprise. I do like their new mini sandwiches....great price, and just right for my small appetite
