I've been going here religiously in my 42 years. 30 minutes ago I had the worst experience ever but instead of judging Bojangles by one visit I have edited my comment to reflect all the other times. Crap happens, ppl have bad days and mistakes happen. I stopped for a large tea which was good as usual but the biscuit wasn't but it was 3pm. I'll always go here. The cashier was super nice and apologized when my dad came in yelling at me to leave.

Service here was EXCELLENT! How many fast food drive thru attendants take your order and then greet you by saying " we look forward to seeing you at the first window". And then was generally happy to see you. Breakfast was wonderful. Can't say enough great things about this particular store.
Good location. It doesn't usually get too busy unless you go at a peak time, but they get you in and out of the drive-thru pretty fast. Never had a problem with the food not being cooked properly or had my order messed up, so they're doing a really good job 👍
5 star got removed because of you allowing rude doordash drivers bulldozing thru your instore customers. Find a way to fix this problem please

I haven't been to Bojangles in a while. Used the drive thru and it was a process ordering. I was very satisfied with the food. You can never go wrong with hot seasoned fries and fresh chicken. Sunday dinner was 4 out of 5 🙂

Great place with good customer service and good food. Yes, every place can make mistakes but this place will try to do what is right and treats you nicely.
Good food but bad drive thru experience. Long park wait. Now we have to go back and correct after questioning our order being short, had 3 orders but only 2 boxes in the bag but was told 2 orders were in 1 box. WRONG, and why would you do that? Mix 2 separate orders in 1 box? Up to us to make a 35 minute round trip to correct what was caused by an employee who failed to care enough to make sure even after the question was asked. You can do better.
