I would give them zero stars if possible! Placed an order online and went to pick it up they tried to tell me they don’t do online orders(lying to my face). So I pulled up my receipt sent to my email and she then just blew me off and said we not fixing orders. They still had 30 minutes before close,

The chilaquiles dinner and gordita I ordered were both fantastic. I was almost full from the chips and tasty cheese dip before the food came, I had to take most of it home and it served me for 2 meals! I go to Serrano’s all the time. The servers are generally very friendly and if there is a problem, it will be fixed. I have never been served subpar food or drinks. Just a good local business.

I ordered this evening using Bitesquad. I ordered fajitas and enchiladas with cheese sauce. They forgot to put the tortillas in and the cheese sauce on the enchiladas. This was a BIG DISAPPOINTMENT! How hard is it to read the order slip and get it right? I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS RESTAURANT AGAIN!
