Awful! Sat at drive up window and watched for 10 mins. One guy making burgers. Gurl at window didnt help at all. 5 cars behind me. Finally got it and the buns were rock hard and meat was cold and inedible. Wont be back.

How are you Steak ‘n Shake but your shake machine is down? I can see why the excitement has died down with this location. Since day one, their customer service was never anything to write home about, food quality is inconsistent, and now you can add ‘no shakes’ to the growing list to disappointments

Meh. I wouldn’t have chosen to eat here but my vote was outnumbered. Service is slow which would make you think the food would be fresh and hot, but no. If cold thin patty burgers and cold stringy fries are your thing, this is the place.
