Chi Banana Boost with peanut butter is my favorite drink. They introduced me to the edible strawberry straw... Simply amazing, changed the whole flavor of my shake. I always recieve great service at this specific location.

Customer service poor. Employees conversing with each other instead of acknowledging customers at the register ready to order. No greeting and conversation not work related. Left without ordering because I needed to get back to work. Which makes me sad because I love Tropical Smoothie!

Good food. Rude service. I felt like a criminal for just asking to order. The girl literally snarled at me! I've never been more uncomfortable.

I don’t like to rate a store on only one visit because anyone can have a bad day. Also, I’ll say I am fan of Tropical Smoothie, however, the one in Conway on Club is one of the slowest I’ve ever visited. Unfortunately, the extreme slowness is all too common for this location. Staff could definitely use a refresher course in helping customers. Came in was fairly busy but not off the walls, no other customers in line just ones who you could see had been waiting awhile. We have started eating here after not going for several years. The food and smoothies are healthful and tasty. Generally it's a fast place to have a good meal. We had a service delay last time we ate there, but the staff kept us updated with the reason for the delay, then gave us a coupon for a free
