They never have bananas and some of the workers are very rude. They also never answer the phone. Why open up if you are going to have all of this stuff going on. Very disappointed

Very upsetting to feel pressured to order, and then telling us that they can’t make what we want because they don’t have bananas… which isn’t even in the drink we ordered. Most of the ice cream wasn’t even labeled, so we decided to just leave. Disappointed

Renovation wasn't worth it and the teenager need to keep the place clean while they are having conversation, also recognize when customers are coming in the door.

Aweful customer service. My first visit and I will not return. Ive never been to a Baskin Robbins that I couldnt buy a hand packed quart of ice cream. Only handpacked pints.
