I've had to call about this location several times for this same issue. My zalad is never made correctly and when I call, I'm not really offered a remedy so this time I decided to leave this review. Usually, I get told they are training new people.

My 12 year old loves this, but the last few times we went the chicken fingers were so dry and hard we couldn't bite thru the skin. I feel like they were refried. Also, I feel like they rush through the order and repeat back what I said but things were still wrong.
