I've been coming to this place for years and the food is actually pretty decent but the guy up front is incredibly RUDE!! From how he answers the phone to take the order to actually giving you your food when you arrive... Just RUDE. Definitely making me want to look for a different place to patronize regularly! There's a good one actually across the street from the establishment that's customer service is top notch and the food is good as well.

I placed a simple order of chicken & broccoli, roast pork lo-mein, and roast pork egg rolls. The food was lackluster, at best. From the coloring you could tell that the broccoli had been overcooked, (it wasn't the crunchy, bright green in color that I'm used to), and was drowned in brown sauce. The Lo-Mein noodles were greasy and the roasted pork had no coloring to it. The saving grace to this disaster of a meal was the egg rolls.
Unlike the other locations that I've ordered from previously, was surprised to have barely received ANY condiments, (had to ask for Duck Sauce and was only given two (2) packets) and there was only one (1) packet of Soy Sauce and no fortune cookies.
When it was all said and done, it served its purposed, but I doubt it will ever be a first option if I desire Chinese food again.

One of the best tasting Chinese around. They cater to my special orders and remember us when we come in. Only problem with them is that they are closed on Tuesdays...lol...I could eat their Won Ton Egg drop soup everyday.

Staff was very rude! Myself and another customer that I didn't even know felt that way. Food was just subpar compared to the quality and taste a few years ago from the same location.

Extremely rude and disrespectful phone and customer service.I tried to overlook it but I should not accept it when I am paying for a service. Scrolling through the reviews I can see I’m not alone.

The food is good. But whatever guy they have answering the phones is horribly rude. Answered the phone with hey. And hung up on me after telling me they didn’t offer the family deal I was asking about. Really ruined it for me. Probably won’t go back.

The service at this restaurant used be much better. My family and I have been ordering from this place for the past 10 years and the customer service/food quality has severly degraded. Not to mention the prices have also skyrocketed.
The man who answers the phone is very rude and impatient. After every item he cut me off and gave me the total, along with "Alright, your total is....That's it". When I finished saying my order I asked him to repeat it back to me, he stated "No". When I asked him why he couldn't repeat it back to me, he stated "I got it, I don't need to repeat it back to you." I then stated "As the person who is making an order, I wanted it repeated so that I can ensure you heard everything correctly". That is when he got very rude and starting screaming about how I am wasting his time. At this point he was upset because I as a customer asked him to repeat my order.
I proceeded to place the order the order but after thinking it through I decided to call him back and cancel my order. I did not want him to tamper with my order in anyway since I got him "upset". A business with customer service like this doesn't deserve my cash.

They served me a sauce thay was cold, gelatinous. They re-heated it 2x to get it right. When they made a customer CRY because they sold her slop, I was through. I spent $35 to make THEIR CUSTOMER HAPPY.
HOW DARE YOU SPEAK TO PEOPLE LIKE YOU DID. love Almond Chicken and no-one sells it anymore, but them. Even with that, those jerks have lost my business
