This is the worse location I’ve ever been to! We ordered after 7:50 PM for curbside pickup. It’s after 9:10 and no food. We’ve been waiting for a refund, but the staff are too incompetent to even make fries. They were behind the counter arguing and eating food. The manager did not take responsibility. There were other people who also were waiting over thirty minutes for their order. People who went to the drive thru received their food, but not us. The employees all had attitude, and the white woman who was the manager on duty didn’t take responsibility for how bad the service was.

Just when to this McDonald’s on Salem Rd and had the worst experience ever after waiting in line for 20 minutes. Not only did they get my order wrong but the sandwich was bad. The bun was hard, the lettuce and tomato was old and bad as if they left it out all night. The chicken was under cooked and cool. By the way one of the chicken sandwich was supposed to be a quarter. This place is a joke. They are always out of products and the machines are always busted.

Drive-thru was fast considering the time of day. The burger was cooked well & was hot. The French fries were cooked perfectly, not over cooked or hard. They were seasoned wee & served hot. The tea was sweet. I enjoy my meal.

I was grabbing a bite & got there just in time for breakfast. The mgr waited on me & was very nice. She ran a smooth friendly place. It was decorated for valentine's which was so nice.
I had a wonderful sausage, egg, cheese McMuffin & one 4 my husband. 😃 Hit the spot !!

Has to be the slowest and most inefficient McDonald's "Drive-thru" I have ever been in EVER!!! IT is the Conyers location at Salem Rd (Conyers) near I-20. I was literally in the line 25+ minutes before I was able to place an order then waited another 10 minutes to get a bag of "lukewarm" food and a "sweaty" cup of sweet tea with "melted" ice from a clueless associate. Was too upset to complain because my Wife just wanted to take it and leave. Very disappointed and in disbelief that the service and food quality was so poor. 🤔

Worst place to ever go they should just lock it down cause customers service rude management ain’t no better they don’t value the customers who spend there money so they can get paid half these folks or young immature and very rude with no manners who only here for a pay check and it’s sad that a company that worth billions be this horrible with customer service I really think they need to be train by chick fi la staff cause honestly this is not it

My son applied for a position at this location and it took some time to obtain the work permit from the school. Upon successfully securing the documents I returned to the location to obtain next steps.Upon my arrival I could tell from the atmosphere that there had definitely been a change in leadership as there was too punch carelessness being displayed by the personnel and when I asked for the manager I directed “she around there!” I walked over to a table where a female was obviously on lunch break with two gentlemen seated with her. I asked if she desired for me to wait and her response “No, what you need?” I then proceeded to share my son’s previous attempts to get hired and I would prefer to speak privately. “No, what you need” was her response. As a Credentialed HR professional, allow me to share the level of disrespect exhibited by this young lady clearly was in NO Way the proper environment for my son or any other youth seeking to begin, grow or learn! I’m extremely disappointed in the manager’s lack of training and development. Never the less, my child will kindly decline working at this location.
