Such a great find! New to the area & exploring restaurants. This was a great find! Super attentive staff, great service. The food was fantastic! Full of flavor & tenderness of the chicken I had was perfect. Our salsa starter was a prequel to the flavors, just the right kick with chips. The atmosphere was relaxed and casual, felt like a really good space. We will be back

Coming from Austin new to Copperas Cove I’m very disappointed with their lack of culture and food (I mean Applebees is the top dog here lol) so after finding this gem I was so excited! Already have been here about 5-6 in past two months their customer service is awesome they answer and create almost anything you ask for. There barbacoa is right on point no bay leaves thank god… their breakfast which is all day is so fresh the taco salad could have rice added but everything has been so delicious. Fajita burritos are stuffed. Again the lack of culture or Mexican food alone is sad I mean Taco Bell has lines at night as if their serving gold lol. Being from Austin and used to having a variety of places is something I’ll miss but El Corral is my forever spot here in Copperas. Lastly the Horchata is so sweet.

If you've never been here, why? The food is so delicious we never go anywhere else now. The drive-thru is quick and if you call in your order it'll be waiting when you arrive. I don't believe the inside is open right now (7-5-22) so call ahead or drive thru. IMO best place around.
