Our server Giulia made us feel welcomed with her friendly attitude. We were treated like royalty. My son and I were celebrating our belated birthdays and the staff sang happy birthday in English and Japanese. The hibachi chef prepared a delicious meal with fresh ingredients, as he entertained us with his culinary skills.
Pierre and Kai were amazing! Great atmosphere! I'm allergic to shrimp and the chef made sure to thoroughly clean the surfaces before making my dish.
Enjoyed a beautiful lunch and was able to order two to go meals cooked at the table as well. Jasmine, the manager assured me it wouldn't be a problem and she was right. I was denied service at the Fort lauderdale location for this same thing. The service was great. Our chef Kai was amazing, cooked the food in a timely manner but still put on a show. Loved it! This is my go-to location from now on.
We celebrated my daughter’s birthday today at Benihana in Coral Springs. What a wonderful experience we all had. It was my daughter with 4 of her friends, my husband and myself. The service was great! Our server Brianna was on top of it! She made sure we had our drinks, appetizers, to go boxes. She was so sweet in taking our pictures and printing them out. Our Chef Chen was amazing. The food he cooked was so delicious! He was so kind and was on top of his cooking and so entertaining. Thank you so much for such a wonderful experience! We will definitely be back!
We went to Benihana for a birthday celebration and had a great time with the other party that was seated with us, they were also celebrating a birthday. Andrea and Xavier were our server and chef and they were both amazing. the food was delicious and our table had a few food adjustment request due to allergies but they handle it well. I will be going back soon and will be requesting Andrea and Xavier if at all possible. We had a great time and the food was delicious without being drowned in butter. The Birthday girl in our party had the Seafood Diablo (Scallops, calamari and shrimp)noodles and I had the Surf Side (also with the seafood trio sans the spices). Yummy !
First time visiting the Coral Springs location and we will most definitely be back!!! Our chef was Shawn C and the food and attentive service from him was the best ever!! We have young children and he was very engaged with them!!! Anthony our server was also great and it was a 5 star experience for our Friday family night!!! We will be back to this location again soon as we frequent Benihana for every birthday and holidays! Thanks for a great evening!

They were such nice servers they were just phenomenal. I don’t think I’ve ever had a server so nice . Chelsea checked up on us so many times and oh my God he does not only doing the coolest tricks , but he was also doing the best chauffeur, even though a little jokes in there, too, the rice came so quick we were all in shock. I think they were the best servers. Thank you for your time.

The food was great. Lovely atmosphere. Great ambiance. Catrina was very pleasant and provided top notch customer service. She took care of me very well and I'm sure she does the same for other customers as well as she is just a naturally pleasant person. The chef, Jimmy, was also very friendly and entertaining. Kevin was very polite, and he listened well, after he gave us our drinks and water he kept in touch with us to see if we needed refills. Kevin made sure the chef took care of us and after we got our food he once again came and asked if we were good and needed anything else. I loves Kevin professionalism and genuine personality ‼️

Excellent from beginning to end! The food was delicious and the show was great! I'm vegetarian and gluten free due to my allergies, and they were able to accommodate it. The food was so good! We are coming back here, for sure!
The manager Joseph at this location is the best in the business! We recently had food catered there for my daughters class and kids loved it all..so fresh, generous portions and Joseph coordinated it all for me. He is on top of it all and incredible responsible/responsive!
I am only writing this review for Chef Jimmy (Ken) he was an amazing cook and I will simply go back just to be part of his table again. He made my first time experience so enjoyable. He was enthusiastic, entertaining and super down to earth. I appreciate how caring he was to each individual to our party. Made sure everything he cooked with we liked and even asked before plating to make sure everything was to our liking. Chef Jimmy (Ken) deserves a raise and honestly some of the other chefs can learn from him. Some of the chefs we noticed around us weren’t as enthusiastic or put love into their food and it really showed. Our waiter for the night was ok at best for not a very busy night but in all honestly chef jimmy made up for everything and more. Thank you Chef Jimmy
Anthony the waiter and Carlos the chef made the whole experience worth coming to Benihana. Anthony is very attentive and seems like he has a great work ethic. His personality is great and definitely knows how to interact with the guests. Carlos had great skills with the knife, fork and spatula. He as well had a great personality and accommodated me with how I wanted my food prepared. These two Employees definitely went above and beyond my expectations… Great assets to the company!!!

Shermaine was excellent. She was attentive and super pleasant. She was knowledgeable with the food & drink menu and made perfect suggestions for our party. Haven’t came across an individual of this caliber in the service industry in a while. If you come to this Benihana, go to the bar on Thursday and Saturday when shermaine is working, you will have the best experience!!
