Great local place for Family, holiday and business. I try a different plate every time I stop by and have not been disappointed yet. I try to order a different plate on the menu but I always come back to the lobster 🦞 roll. I also wish all of the other places I stop to eat had such a great staff.
Great to see that this new bagel place was able to revive such a great location. The coffee ice cubes are back along with a much better menu than what used to be at this location.
I was pleasantly surprised when the cashier mentioned that they have fresh squeezed orange juice. It was refreshing and delicious.
The interior has a cool vibe and was very clean. The staff was friendly and quick. I'll come back to try another breakfast item soon.
My wife and I had the regular lobstah roll and loved it! We miss this Brooklyn Water Bagel location but this new concept is great.The chowdah is excellent with chunks of clams and potatoes.

Admittedly this place surprised me. Having taken over the location of Brooklyn Water Bagel (BWB) on University in Coral Springs, I expected someone just decided to capitalize on the existing equipment being there and open another bagel place but without having the knowledge of how a successful one should be run. I was wrong! The food is excellent, as is the staff. They were friendly, knowledgeable and very welcoming. The egg and cheese on a bagel, like the place itself was eerily reminiscent of the last occupant, BWB but even better. BWB used a microwave to cook their eggs and they simply used too much egg, not this new place. Just the right amount of everything cooked on a grill and served on a very delicious bagel. Their iced coffee, like BWB is served with iced coffee ice cubes, original and practical. The menu is much more diverse than BWB and I expect if they catch on, it’ll satisfy a new generation of customers. Hope they build a following. Definitely recommended. The only reason for a 4 star review vs. a 5 star one is their high prices. I’d give it a 4 1/2 if If was possible.
My favorite bagel place in Coral Springs. Sesame bagel great choice and the whole wheat oat also great. Their coffee 🙋♀️ Cubasta 🙋♀️👍
The New York bagel factory just opened and being a lover of bagels it was definitely on my list of places to try. Today I tried it and it is somewhere I would most certainly recommend. The food was spectacularly mad and brought out in a very short time. The customer service was fantastic as they really helped you get everything you need. It wasn't too pricey and the place was very clean. The working staff was very friendly. This is a place I would definitely recommend going too and I will definitely be back soon
I placed an order through the Grubhub app for 5 people. New York Factory called to very items that we forgot to select and if we wanted cheese on the omelette which we did. The food arrived within 35-40 minutes faster than we expected. Everything in our order was correct and 4 of the 5 people had never eaten from here before. The food was better than they expected. Thank you New York Bagel for making our day 😁
It takes a second to comprehend the concept of bagels and seafood. I ordered the fish and chips. I rarely salt food, but I salted the fish (it was a little bland). The fish was tasty and breaded just right. The French fries were delicious. Most places, Cole slaw is a rather generic, something to put on the plate. The slaw here was pretty good (as far as Cole slaw goes). There are a billion restaurants in the area, but I would come back. Next time I'll try the bagels. So why did I give it only 4 stars, since my review was pretty positive? I reserve 5 stars for something that is over the top great. NYBF was just very good.
I love this place. Was there for breakfast. Best chocolate chip muffin in town. My husband wanted to go back for dinner. Fabulous fish sandwich, great lobster roll, huge shrimp cocktail and more. Great price. Staff wonderful and set up for social distancing. My first meal out of quarantine was excellent
Great atmosphere! Relaxed feel. I had the French toast and it was amazing. The rest of my family also enjoyed their meals. There is are a lot of menu items to choose from. Lots of choices for coffee too. The staff is super nice, helpful and patient.
The food here is delicious and quite varied! They have omelettes and a few other things besides bagels, but their bagels are definitely the best part! The cinnamon crunch is my family's favorite, but they're all great. Also, lots of coffee options, excellent staff, and super clean facility! Even the restrooms were spotless.

I have only tried the bagels and lox spread but I will defend the quality, taste and freshness of these bagels to the end. After going to at least 25 different bagels joints I have found my home. If nothing else try the bagels and see if they hook you as well. Counter service is prompt, courteous prices are cheaper than the typical not so NY wannabee bagel chains.
If you enjoy New England style fried clams with the bellies and chowder with lots of clams then you need to try this place. I was thoroughly pleased with the service and my food.
Oh....I had to take half my order home due to their decent portions.
Today I had lunch with my friend and my son in the New York Bagels Factory Restaurant located in coral spring.
The first thing that impressed me were the New York Central Park and Subway posters covered walls very attractive!! Food is absolutely delicious! Pastrami was fascinating and cole slaw was perfection! My son went crazy about the roast beef sandwich and potatoes and you can top it off the irresistibles muffins and chocolate chip cookies! Despite the fact that it was a rush hour the food was served hot y fast. The staff was very professional and kind. Excellent customer service!! Definitely incredibly environment we were fascinated with the restaurant!! This place really deserve a five star!!! Absolutely!!!
I love this bagel store! Bagels are always fresh and hot, they taste just like home. Staff are amazing! I love the hazelnut ice coffee with the coffee cubes! Cant wait to try their lobstah roll when they open up their seafood restaurant at night!
This restaurant opened up recently right by my house so I decided to try it and I was very impressed with the customer service and the food! I got the tuna melt and it was amazing , the coffee was very good as well. The restaurant was clean and a nice atmosphere to eat at. The employees were very friendly and helpful and answered all my questions while ordering. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and I will definitely be coming back soon! Thank you!!!
Had lunch today and was it good. Bostonian looking for clams with bellies is in heaven. Clam chowder was great but oh those clams. Can’t wait to go back again. Service great and employees beyond friendly and helpful. If I could give it more than five stars I would.
