Was clean. Food order was accurate. Fries tasted like they fried them in same oil as the chicken. Not sure if that's a cost savings thing or something they do there at this location as never had it like that at other locations.
Not as good as my last visit sad to say. Employees were friendly. But the double shimp I order was over cooked this time as were the fries. The burger buns were hard on the edges of all of them.. The double cheese I ordered barely had any onions on it.

We ordered one of the sack deals - 12 Krystal's, 2 drinks, 2 fries. They gave us two different sizes cups and swore they were the same size. They clearly were not, but at least we could get free refills.

Came back to my hometown and saw the sign and was excited to be able to get Krystals. I knew the wait would be a while, I'm used to that. They got the order so wrong but they were still Krystal burgers so it wasn't a total loss. The nostalgia was worth the wait and the errors.
Literally the worst Krystals I've ever been to. I made an order on the app and then pulled through the drive thru and they tell me to pull to the parking lot. So I do and waited over 40 minutes and there was no communication. Don't waste your time here on lazy workers and they want $15.00 an hour lm
The food was so yummy and incredibly quick!!!
This location has multiple pandemic related precautions including a sturdy plexiglass barrier, prevention visual aids, closed off dining area, and designated entrance and exit doors.
Suggestions:
-Add a bell and a bottle of hand sanitizer so customers
The food was the freshest I've had from any Krystals. It was hot and the cheese was gooooie 😋 didn't give 5 stars only because of the lady at the window.
