This place used to be great but customer service has gone downhill. I waited in line at the drive thru with 8 cars in front of me and people kept leaving. I moved up 2 spots in a 20 minute period. At that rate I wouldn't have gotten my order for another hour. I left and was very disappointed. I thou
15 minutes in the drivethru with only two cars ahead of me. People behind me were leaving after ordering because of the ridiculous wait. Wrong chips, wrong drink, despite the lady at the window double-checking. The sub was good, though.
My family and I stopped by this evening. The team seemed like it was an inconvenience to take our order. We got out food to go and after getting to the hotel the sandwiches were wrong and the bread was very hard. It was nothing like the Jimmy John back home that I’m used to. Would not recommend
