This place is one of the top Peruvian restaurants I've visited in Queens, New York. My husband loves their ceviche as well as their rice "chaufa de mariscos". It has an authentic flavor and it is a great portion to be shared with. As for the jalea, it isnt my place to go to for it but it is still delicious and crunchy! They have two portions and the one in the picture is good for up to 4 people (we were all very content at the end of our night). Very small place and always busy, so if you go there and you cannot find a table do not be surprised (or upset) as it is one of the best places you can find.

The restaurant provides the best Peruvian food in NYC and dare to compare it to any Peruvian restaurant in New York. The food is very homemade, and it is carefully flavored to be not overpowering. And, any real Peruvian chef will tell you that it is prepared just right. Real authentic cooking at its best. Service is very good, and portions are reasonable. I wish the place a bit larger so more people get to enjoy their cooking. Take the opportunity when you travel to New York to take a trip to this restaurant and taste real Peruvian Authentic Cooking.

My mom loves the place. I like it as well. The service is OK. I really like their food. There are many sea food options. I like the Jalea. The portions are generous and the chicha morada is very refreshing. It is not quiet, they play salsa music all the time which I love. You won't regret it

Lovely little neighborhood restaurant that serves authentic Peruvian food that is not rotisserie chicken... Not even on the menu. Make no mistake, this is not fine dining but it is real (which to me is more important). The mixto ceviche was delicious with a great citrus note. We also had a delightful lomo saltado of chicken and shrimp. Well off the beaten path but worth a stop if you're going to CitiField. Admittedly we were there early in the evening but we walked in off the street and we're instantly seated. The staff were charming and helpful with our questions. Food came out relatively quickly. Overall I'd go back again.

Love the food. Goat, refried beans & rice. The corn juice was delicious. It looked like grape juice, but had a unique taste. It was sweet, but not overpowering, and no aftertaste. The atmosphere was a small place, plain, no decoration stood out, the bathroom was small, but clean. It seemed more geared I assume towards the local Latino community, but as they say, “When in Rome....” My only issue was the smell of kitty litter when I walked in. I don’t know where that was coming from, but it was quite noticeable in the establishment. I became numb to it after a while, but the smell hit me right away. The average price per entrée was about $20 after tax. The waitress did her best to assist us in English. She was very accommodating, even let us first sample the corn juice before we ordered it.

Perfectly delicious! Everything I have eaten here is amazing. The Jalea is my favorite! My husband love the Leche de Tigre. Papa a la Huancaina is also a family favorite. Oh! And the Chicken Chaufa Rice was amazing!

Met my godmother here for an early dinner and she recommended the fried calamari. Although delicious next time I will get the Jalea (more variety of foods in one plate). Their lomo saltado was great as expected. Here you can find tasty and authentic Peruvian food at an ok price. Service was great!

Love this place, a hidden gem in Corona, Queens. The service is awesome, the food was even better.. the flavor of the Ocopa, sopa la minuta, ceviche, seco de carne was at perfect flavor. This place has the best peruvian cuisine flavor in all of jackson heights, woodside, and corona.. this is a must Go to Place to experience peruvian cuisine... let me know if you have any questions...

Is a cozy and small restaurant where you can really taste real Peruvian food! I immigrated to the US 3 years ago and from all the Peruvian restaurants I’ve been this is my favorite. Love it!

They have lunch specials Monday through Friday. The special comes with a drink and soup. You can upgrade your drink to chicha morada for a little bit more. The main dish usually fills me up for lunch and then I have the soup for dinner. I am Peruvian and I love the flavor of the food here. Tastes authentic.

The Ceviche had so much flavor! It was really amazing and I was super satisfied with my order. After dinner, I asked about desserts, they gave me a few choices and I chose the Lucama ice cream. I took it to go, and it is made locally and was about a half pint I believe.
