The concept is awesome!! Once we sat down we were greeted by three different wait staff to fulfill our drink order so I appreciate the attentiveness. We loved the meals we ordered (try the Hawaiian French toast) but walking in and ordering from a digital TV menu at the counter makes people feel rushed. People prefer to sit down and take their time with the menu.
Overall good food. I took a star away due to the biscuits and gravy I ordered. Low flavored almost no bacon on it. Good service. I would eat here again and order something else next time.

Mimosas and sangrias with breakfast! Waited 40 minutes to be seated, no outside seating for waiting. You order at the counter before you sit, with a whole line behind you waiting. Food comes out pretty quickly, service is readily available from many waitresses.
Service was good even with a morning Rush.
Did have to ask for our drinks, but received our food quickly.

Food and service were great. You place your order at the counter, pay, and then go take a seat. Currently servers are getting your drinks and refills. The omelet and pancakes were fantastic and did not take long to come out. Staff were incredibly friendly. Can't wait to come back again.
