I've dined in several times, but because of my schedule, I mostly order carry out. Among my favorites is the sesame beef. I've never been disappointed. If you enjoy a robust sweet style plate, I highly recommend it
This is my favorite Chinese restaurant: outstanding egg rolls, hot and sour soup, and won ton soup. The chef makes the best dark sauce for meat dishes! The beef in the beef dishes is wonderfully tender. The chef is the proprietor and everything he does is superb! 5 stars for sure!!
Happy Retirement! We were always satisfied with our carryout orders, delicious and fresh food every time, ready in 20 minutes or less. Hot and Sour Soup was the best.
Food is always fresh and tasty. We have eaten there for years and have never had a bad experience or have eaten something we didn't care for. Prices are great. Love to support local small businesses.
The rich flavors from their kitchen. I have been a loyal customer since their tiny beginning over 25 years ago (next to vitamin village and before HEB revamped the strip). The owners our wonderful people and hard workers.

My favorite Chinese Restaurant in Corpus Christ is Hua T'ai. The food is very good, I have never gotten a bad plate. I love the chop soy combination in white sauce no msg. Service is a hit or miss; I have gotten really bad service and have gotten good service and in between. They have a high turnove
Food was good. Although, waiter refused to give a large to go box because I ate at the restaurant. They would rather give you two or three boxes for your meal than one. Not very good customer service.
