Busy location during lunch at the drive through. The inside seating was empty. The staff seemed overwhelmed but handling it the best they can. Even with all the drive through orders coming up the lady was nice and courteous. The food was hot and fresh and was put together nicely.. some of the tables
First time trying the chicken potpie! Now I see why they are out of it every time I order! It's delicious 😋
I ordered the 8 piece Original Recipe bucket by using the online "Quick Pick up" option, and the whole process was a hit! My order was ready within 10 minutes for pickup. "You want extra fries, trust that." That's something that should be said after every transaction. They finally got rid of those awful wedges. These fries are the best I've had in years. Pair with those spicy wings that are back on the menu.
Staff working at this time were very friend and polite. The food was fresh.

Not my favorite fast food joint, but thr pot pie is terrific, and a bargain!

Would not allow chicken breast to be ordered not as a sandwich. All I wanted was the chicken breast to add to my Shipley's glazed donuts. I ended up ordering 4 full chicken sandwiches to add to my Shipley's glazed donuts. The KFC on Staples allowed me to order my food that way.
