Our table had a smattering of Mexican, breakfast, and Mexican breakfast. We all loved Eddie's. Great food and service. I had the barbacoa breakfast which was amazing. Their homemade tortillas are some of the best I've had. Next time we're in town we'll be back.

This will be my go to resturant when I'm in Corpus. I reccomend y'all try their suicide taco. Don't make the mistake of ordering several tacos. They are huge! I could barely finish one. They are definitely worth it.
Food here was awesome and I would definitely come buy tacos again, again and again 😆 however Im not sure how it works in the kitchen as far as who's food comes out first. We saw 3 cars get there food that were behind us before we got ours. Everytime the young man came out he said we had to wait. 🤷🏻
The breakfast here is really delicious! Whenever I visit Corpus Christi, I always stop by for a meal. I’ve eaten here several times and can say a lot of the menu items are delicious. I love the huevos rancheros and carne guisada from here. The portions are plentiful, tortillas are delicious and good

Great home-cooked food. The Sunday special Turkey and dressing was great! Staff was very polite as well. We will definitely be back.
A friend of my husband had recommended Eddie's. So my husband and I had to go try it out. We love good Ole mexican food. It was delicious and the service was great and fast. So now we'll be recommending Eddie's to others!
