Juan is amazing! Very knowledgeable. Took me around the showroom on two separate days, never pressured me to make a decision, just listened and adjusted his suggestions based on my needs. I was able to text him when I made my choice and he had everything ready to go when I arrived to finalize the details. I am very excited about my purchase.

Rooms To Go! where do I start my mother and I went in looking for certain chester drawer that I had seen online. As we walked into the store a gentleman approached us immediately ask if we needed help with anything he said his name was David. As we exchanged a few words about what I had in mine David said that they don't have any in the store that was after double checking in the back. However they did not carry the Chester drawer that I wanted he showed me to a few other different models he was very patient with us and pulled up style that I was wanting and order it online. Not once did David rush us one bit he made us feel like we were family and eventually when we came to check out he also informed us about the deal that was going on which was awesome for us. I would definitely go back just to see friendly David 10/10 for sure!

Dave at Rooms To Go was a breath of fresh air! Not only was he knowledgeable about product, he was not at all pushy, and he was pretty fun to be around for the hour we shopped.

Rooms to Go exceeded our expectations! Dave our sales man took his time to explain our options and wasn't pushy. He knew exactly what we wanted. They have a wide variety of furniture from contemporary to modern and even some pieces with a hint of a country style. Dave took his time to find out our preference. We had excellent service with our sales representative Dave Jackson. He was very personable and was very helpful in helping me and my wife select the right living room set and dining room set and dresser and nightstand selections,based on our preferences in color and styles we were looking for. He wasn’t pushy at all, just helped us along our way and was very knowledgeable and helpful in looking in his online inventory as well as what was on floor display. He also helped us through our credit application process as well. He was very thorough in going over all items to verify correct selections and styles and delivery dates as well. Overall Dave was very friendly, professional and helpful all along our selection and purchasing process.
