I think the most recent reviews were harsh. My friend and I came in from out of town and we always go to jersey mikes because she has a gluten intolerance.

Food is always great but staff always seems a little scatter brained even if not busy. 1 time they forgot a sandwich, 1 time we were the first to order but last out of 4 to pay.
Absolutely love the sandwiches always go for a #17 for my son and I. Great management, great staff, great environment!!! Also appreciate that the restrooms smell really good!!! Keep up the good work!

Always love JM's subs. However when you pay a premium price for a sub, and request parm bread only to be told your only choice is white or rosemary on a Tuesday night .....

We shared the #4 Mike's Way on a regular size rosemary parmesan bread. It was very tasty. The guy taking the order and starting the sandwich was very welcoming. He continued the conversation with me even when I was paying out with a different employee. Good employees definitely make a place better!
Staff was friendly and helpful even though they were steadily busy. Great sandwich with generous portions of meat and toppings. Highly recommend!
Visited Saturday September 19th. Absolutely amazing sandwich as always. The only problem I had was with a manager named rose. She was very unprofessional with her staff.She would not let them work comfortably instead She was breathing down their necks making the employees look nervous. When I walked
I ordered the wrong sub without paying attention, but Kareem and his staff were had no issues making me the right sub I actually wanted. Highly recommend them! Very friendly and courteous! Food was very delicious and fresh tasting!!

Great Subs, friendly service. Very fresh, good healthy alternative to Whataburger or Chik Fil A. Make sure to get your cold sub Mikes Way! Gluten free options. My favorite is the chicken cheese steaks.
Friendly staff! Amazing food! I almost want to keep this gem a secret, though, to avoid long lines in the future from new customers seeing my amazing review. The one tiny complaint I have is the location ONLY because the parking lot is WAYYYYY too small.
