Store is very clean. Love the menu board, it takes a minute to get your order even through drive-thru 'cause they make each sandwich individually. You can taste the difference it was Wonderful!

Like the new location. They are still getting the kinks out of the drive thru touch menu, but that is on i.t. programming. The employees are helpful and are willing to work hard to get exactly what is wanted.
Not a big fan of the automated ordering board. Out of the three times I've been there, only one time my sub was not as I ordered but it was still very delicious. You still get to talk with someone when you pay for and pick up your sub but it's just not the same as ordering it with a human

This is my favorite subway. Working in the same shopping center and having to get quick meals and good service. This is the place to go. The staff is always super nice and work at a steady pace that doesn't get out of hand especially when they are short handed. I would recommend this Subway over man
It's nice when someone makes you feel your welcomed at there place of business. If you have been in a few times they remember you and welcome you back. As if you have known them for quite a while. The sandwiches are made to order and on spot.
Subway is universal every where but it's the people that makes it inviting and appealing. Now the team in Staples really are amazing, vibrant, makes you laugh, something I don't see at all in franchises. Very good people. Kudos.
The two guys behind the counter seem annoyed that people are going in there and ordering. The girl had a good attitude.
