I love DQ's ice cream! I have always been pleased with the service I receive. The store is pretty clean. Yesterday when I was there I noticed that a cooler, of which you can see all four sides, was rather dirty. Ya know the kind made by little fingers covered with ice cream. I brought it to the attention of a staff member. And I feel certain that had I gone in today, it would be cleaned.
Now that being said, the only fault I truly find is that it is difficult getting out of the parking lot. You pull out onto a very busy road and sometimes it takes several minutes to achieve this. But otherwise it is a great place to get something cold or hot to eat. They have such a large selection to chose from that there is something for everyone. So stop in and cool off with a great big ice cream cone. 😁
The employees are professional and the service great. I especially like when I order their gravy for the chicken strip basket. It's thicker than other DQ's I have been to. Also the blizzards they make have never disappointed.
Awesome. Great meal deals. Hot dogs are tasty and treats are great. Employees are friendly and do a great job.
