Food is surprising good, portion is very generous. Way better than the others in the city. Will definitely come back.
Food was really good and came in a reasonable time for you to talk to family or friends. Servers were very kind and welcoming. There was a bit of a wait time and restaurant was a little packed but makes sense bc it's prob one of the beat places in Cortland. Atmosphere was really chill and the lights def added to the vibe with the live sports for you to watch right from your table.
Really well run and great for a lunch stop. Bethany is awesome and friendly. Corey, great job at having a clean restaurant and your beer is well maintained. Cold, clean.
I had had a rough day and was heading into a rough weekend when I stopped at Applebee’s for a quick dinner. My server Abigail (Abby) was exactly what I needed to brighten my day. She was so kind and had a great sense of humor. She let me sit at my table and decompress for much longer than is normally allowed. She deserves 5 stars for sure!
I'm so glad I can come back and change my review! Our server tonight Reece totally redeemed the Cortland locations previously low star rating. She was upbeat and peppy! Such a rare occurrence these days. She definitely sold me on a blue raspberry lemonade when I would have just ordered water. Her personality is a great asset in her field. Friendly, attentive, and funny. - and our food was hot, fresh, and timely.
Our waitress was amazing! She was very attentive and made sure our food was good, which it was delicious! I ordered the southwest chicken bowl and a lemonade and my boyfriend ordered the fish and chips and a Blue Moon. We even went out on a busy Friday but still had amazing service and a wonderful experience :)
Nate Kemp was an exceptional server this evening. We appreciated the attentiveness to detail and any options available in the menu. Was happy and courteous during our dining experience. Suggestions with our meal was also much appreciated!! Looking forward to coming back soon.
Very busy on a Friday night @ 6:00. Quesadilla burger+salmon dinner were both very good but sides on salmon platter could've been hotter. I've had the salmon twice now+would definitely recommend it@

I would say I was asked whether I want my chicken grilled or fried, and I chose grilled, but it's wasn't grilled recently, since it was cold.

7/12/2023 My husband and I went to lunch at Cortland Applebee's. We saw our favorite waitress there .. Bethany .. she is the best. She remembers what you like to order and we keep her on her toes when we change it up. lol. Also hubby was eating his burger and bit down on a hard thing. It was a spice piece out of the pickles. Carmen, the manager, came and checked it out and he gave us a discount on our bills. Awesome place to visit to sit at the bar. Love ya guys. :-)
The waitress we had was such a sweetheart, truly listened to our request and we had a big family. Did all orders by memory and even re-asked just to make sure everything was correct so no mistakes were made. Her name was Michelle and definitely highest of all stars. Best service & waitress!
Grace was super friendly she was very attentive and cared about our experience. We drove an hour just to dine here. The 3 cheese was under cooked, dry which was no fault of Grace’s.The chicken was cooked in old grease. We both have been In the restaurant business over 60 years. We talked to Chrystal about the 3 cheese being dry she did bring some sauce but it soaked it up that still we could not eat it.
The food was good, server did an okay job, she was a little slow... she did say that this was her first day as a waitress and apologized up front if she made any mistakes.
My steak was black on the outside and it had too much spice on it. My daughter's steak was the sameway. We couldn't eat it it was so bad. The rest of the dinner was good
We had a very good meal and our service was great. It was a very busy lunch time but Nate was very courteous and attentive.
Everything was excellent. They have a really good cook, and Annie is doing an awesome job
The waitress that served us was extremely efficient. Her name is Georgi. She was friendly, personable and very helpful. Having good wait service makes dining there more enjoyable!
